On March 13, 2023, the government announced that "wearing a mask is left to the individual's discretion." While our clinic will continue to implement basic infection control measures, mask-wearing will be left to the patient's discretion and will be optional. As I, the practitioner, also suffer from hay fever, I will continue to wear a mask for the time being.
Based on the current situation, we have revised the following infection prevention measures. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns.
Vaccination has begun and the number of infections has subsided (as of October 2021), but we will continue to live our lives while remaining vigilant against the spread of infection.
The following summarizes our current studio management policy.
While our services are not medical, they are deeply connected to health promotion, and some of our customers have expressed their hope that we will continue operating while taking thorough infection control measures. In addition,
- Our studio operates on a strict appointment-only, one-on-one service basis, ensuring that no large groups of people gather.
- Since my home also serves as my studio, there is no risk of infection from commuting.
Therefore, we will continue to operate as usual while implementing the maximum possible infection control measures, and we appreciate your understanding.
- If you have cold symptoms (fever, fatigue, cough, etc.) or a loss of smell or taste, or if a family member has similar symptoms, please refrain from using our services. There is no cancellation fee, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
- We recommend that patients disinfect their hands with alcohol upon arrival at our clinic.
- We disinfect all areas and equipment that customers touch, as well as areas that staff touch, with alcohol after each customer's use.
- During business hours, we open the windows to ventilate the premises after each customer leaves.
- The staff
Always wear a mask.We will disinfect our hands with alcohol before each treatment. Furthermore, we will maintain an appropriate distance and orientation when interacting with clients during the treatment. We ask that our customers wear masks whenever possible.- Staff members measure their body temperature every morning to ensure it is within the normal range.
- If any of our staff members have a cold, loss of smell or taste, or a fever of 37.4°C or higher, we may temporarily close and cancel your reservation.
As the impact of the infection spread is fluid, we will continue to monitor the latest information from the government and will make changes and additions to our environment and measures as needed to ensure that our customers can use our hospital safely, comfortably, and without anxiety.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
These measures will remain in place until the COVID-19 infection situation subsides. We will inform you of any changes as they occur.
